Yes. Sensical is ad-supported so that we can make the platform freely available to all. In addition, we also recognize that advertising is part of the world in which kids grow up. In the Sensical ParentsZone, a caregiver can manage Sensical account settings and children’s profiles. The ParentZone can be accessed from the Sensical website via a PIN. Once accessed, parents can access account info, control their child’s Sensical screen time, access and update their Child’s profile information. Users also can view the Learning Report which provides useful information on what their kids are watching and learning on Sensical.

Each and every video on Sensical has been viewed and selected by editors to ensure it meets our high-quality standards for educational value, engagement, and fun. Sensical has created a proprietary rubric for on-demand content rooted in child development research that is adapted from Common Sense Media who has partnered with the Harvard School of Education and leading experts to determine content appropriateness for kids of different ages. We go well beyond show series evaluation, instead, we execute a granular episodic review of every frame of every video to foster social, emotional, and cognitive development.
On our home page, we have many channels based on topics. Kids can pick any video in a topic channel and the channel will continue to play videos in the same genre. Or, they can play any videos on demand.
To find more content, click into the Explore area and scroll through hundreds of shows and creators listed alphabetically. Or, click "Channels" and see all the topics that a child can enjoy.
You and your child can “favorite” individual videos, entire shows or topics of interest by tapping the “Star” icon on our player or show pages. This content can be accessed in the Favorites area of the app, indicated by the “Star” icon in the main navigation.

Sensical has three uniquely crafted viewing environments - Preschool (2-4), Little Kids (5-7), and Big Kids (8-10). Your kids only will see content that is exactly right for their age range based on their profile. As your child reaches the next age bracket, they will automatically be bumped into the next viewing experience allowing Sensical to grow with them for years.
Yes. In the ParentZone, Sensical provides tools to manage and limit total viewing time by child. These limits can be overridden or extended by a caregiver via PIN input.
You can set unique profiles (up to 6) for each of your kids to ensure they are served only content that is appropriate for their age. We’ve crafted unique viewing environments by age group with content and associated learning benefits specifically geared to Preschool (2-4), Little k=Kids (5-7), and Big Kids (8-10).
You can manage your account via the ParentZone. By inputting your PIN, a caregiver can access and change their name, password, PIN, as well as email preferences.
After logging in, you can delete your account by going to the ParentZone and selecting "Account info." Click the green "Delete account" button, and you'll be asked to confirm before your account information is permanently removed and disabled.
No. You must have an Internet or cellular connection to access Sensical.
You can reset your password via the applications sign-in screen. Click the “Forgot password?” text above the sign-in button. From there you can enter your email address to receive an updated password email.
You can reset your parental passcode via the ParentZone “Account info”. Select the “Change Parent Pin” Option. Enter the new pin you want to use, and the pin will update your account data.
You can manage your child’s profile via the ParentZone “Kids’ Profiles”. Select the child profile you want to edit. Clicking the green button titled “Delete profile” will prompt a final confirmation before removing your child’s profile information.
